The hair needs to have been growing for at least 3-4 weeks (or longer than a grain of rice) in order for it to be long enough for the wax to cling on and pull off with the root.
In order to keep your wax maintained I recommend rebooking once a month/every 4 weeks to keep a regular routine.
YES! Being a woman, I understand what it's like when your period shows up and you don't want it stopping you from getting your wax done. Just pop a tampon in and we're good to go.

Exfoliate the night before or the morning of your appointment. This always helps with the pain as well as the treatment running smoothly. If you're feeling nervous, pain killers or rescue remedy will be your best friend.
24 Hours after your wax
Yes. It's definitely uncomfortable at first. However, the more you get it done the less it hurts. Most of the pain is made up in our heads because of the anticipation. I'll always talk you through everything to make sure you're comfortable.
