Cancellations/rescheduling less thank 48 hours prior to your appointment will result with a 50% fee.

Cancellations/rescheduling and no shows on the day of your appointment will result with a 100% fee.

This is to cover loss or time and earnings. You will not be able to book another appointment until the fee has been paid.

Well behaved children are welcome but as the salon is upstairs push chairs are not advised.

Louise works by the minute of your appointment so please arrive on time. If you are more than 5 mins late to a 15 min appointment or 10 mins late for larger appointments you will lose your slot and the full treatment cost will be due.

When you arrive please avoid knocking the door and text Louise instead as she will likely be with another client.
